Key Responsibilities
- Build intelligent applications using Microsoft Semantic Kernel framework in Python, creating AI agents that can understand context, execute tasks, and interact naturally with users and business systems.
- Integrate various large language models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, local models), craft effective prompts, and implement prompt templates to achieve optimal AI responses for specific business use cases.
- Create custom plugins and skills for Semantic Kernel, enabling AI agents to interact with external APIs, databases, and business applications to perform complex automated tasks.
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows using frameworks like Crew AI or AutoGen, orchestrating AI agents to collaborate on complex problems and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Test AI agent performance, optimize response quality, implement safety measures, and ensure reliable operation of AI systems in production environments.
- Create comprehensive documentation for AI implementations, share insights about emerging AI technologies, and contribute to the team's collective knowledge of agentic AI development.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of Python development experience with understanding of object-oriented programming, async/await patterns, and familiarity with Python libraries commonly used in AI development.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and understanding of how large language models work, even if you're new to practical AI development.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Semantic Kernel framework or willingness to quickly learn AI orchestration concepts, plugin development, and LLM integration patterns.
- Experience or familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like Crew AI, AutoGen, LangChain, or similar tools for building collaborative AI agent systems is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON data handling, and experience working with external services and APIs for data exchange and system integration.
