How we approach Azure modernization
Architecture Assessment
We review your current environment on-premises or Azure \u2014 against your workload requirements, cost targets, and compliance needs. The output is a clear set of recommendations with rationale, prioritized by impact.
Migration or Architecture Build
Fixed-fee delivery of the agreed scope migration, new environment build, or infrastructure refactor. All changes are tested in a staging environment before production cut-over.
Ongoing Managed Operations
For clients who do not have an internal Azure team, we offer managed operations covering monitoring, alerting, patching, backup management, cost reporting, and security posture reviews.

Frequently asked questions
We are not on Azure yet. Can you help us migrate from AWS or GCP?
Yes. We handle cross-cloud migrations, including architecture re-design for Azure-native services where the original workload was designed for a different provider's services.
Our Azure costs are high but we are not sure why. Can you assess this?
Yes. We offer a standalone Azure cost assessment that maps your current spend to actual usage, identifies waste, and produces a prioritized optimization plan with estimated savings for each recommendation.
Do you offer Azure managed services?
Yes. We provide managed Azure operations for clients who want their environment actively managed without building an internal cloud team. Scope, SLAs, and pricing are agreed based on the complexity of the environment.
What does Microsoft Solution Partner status mean in practice?
It is a verified Microsoft credential that requires demonstrated technical capability and a track record of successful Azure deployments. It gives our clients access to Microsoft support escalation and priority access to Microsoft's technical resources when needed.
