2. Candidates — we send two to three pre-vetted profiles within five working days. You review technical background, sample code, and communication style.

3. Interview — you interview the candidates you want to meet. One round, 45–60 minutes, technical and working-style assessment.

4. Start — the selected developer starts within two weeks of offer acceptance. No visa, no relocation, no three-month notice period.

5. First-month guarantee — if in the first 30 days the developer isn't working out, we replace them at no additional cost.
