Payment applications submitted by subcontractors are captured in the system, matched against certified progress, and routed through your approval workflow. The system tracks payment due dates, retention, and final account settlements — giving your commercial team a complete view of subcontractor payment obligations across all live projects.

The compliance automation covers the standard UK construction compliance requirements — CDM, health and safety records, RAMS, waste carrier licences, contractor accreditation (CHAS, Constructionline, etc.), insurance certificates, and quality inspection records. Custom compliance requirements specific to your clients or sectors can be added during configuration.

Yes. The platform supports multi-entity structures with separate cost reporting and consolidated group views. JV project structures with shared cost management can be accommodated in the configuration.

The compliance system tracks expiry dates for all subcontractor accreditation certificates, insurance documents, and operator licences. Automated reminders are sent to the subcontractor (and internally) 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry. Subcontractors cannot be allocated to new work if their compliance documents have lapsed.
