Stop Reconciling Dashboards. Start Acting on What They Mean.

Your CMMS, SCADA historian, energy meters, stores ledger and quality sheets each tell part of the story. MIRA joins them up. It measures OEE, energy per piece, MTBF, PM adherence and money lost per shift. It finds failing equipment, energy waste, scrap drift, over-billing, dead stock and missed PM. Then it proposes the fix, and a named person on your team approves it.

Implementation

90 Days to Full Production. Not a Pilot.

A structured rollout with low to no disruption to your live plant. MIRA delivers value from the data you have on day one, and every source you connect switches on more capability, with no customisation. Unlimited users and unlimited assets are included from day one.

  1. 01
    Stage 1

    Spreadsheets

Import work orders, equipment, PM, stock and visits from 56 ready-made CSV/Excel templates. You get work-order management, the PM planner and adherence, maintenance KPIs, equipment health, Asset 360, spare-parts VED/FSN analysis, the Loss Ledger and the monthly executive pack.

  2. 02
    Stage 2

    Production & Quality

Add production counts, inspections, changeovers and starvation events. You get OEE per line, shift and model, SPC, first-pass-yield drift, defect clusters, changeover creep, a starvation Pareto and the shift production report.

  3. 03
    Stage 3

    Energy & Utilities

Add meter readings, BMS and DG-fuel data and your tariff. You get warnings before maximum demand crosses contract demand, power factor and APFC health, time-of-day pricing, energy per piece, idle energy, and compressed-air, water and DG variance.

  4. 04
    Stage 4

    Machines, Live

Connect PLC signals over OPC-UA, Modbus, Siemens S7, EtherNet/IP, MQTT or a historian. You get machine state, PLC counters, shift targets, operator stop reasons, six big losses, a live shop-floor board with kiosk mode, and money lost per shift.

Autonomous Fleet Architecture

One Intelligence. 36 Specialist Agents. 306 Tools.

Ask MIRA a question in plain language. A supervisor sends it to the right specialist agent, such as Predictive Maintenance, Energy Optimization, Root Cause Analysis or Compliance Guardian. The specialist runs deterministic calculations on your own records and answers with its evidence. Every answer links to its agent run: what it read, what it concluded and what it recommended.

Supervisor Agent

The Intelligence Router

Reads every question and sends it to the right specialist among the 36 agents, so your team never has to pick a bot. A check in the code means a question can never raise a work order or write to an external system.

Work Order Agent

Work-Order Lifecycle

Creates, assigns, prioritises and closes out work orders in MIRA's own records, with no ERP needed. It turns approved prescriptions into work orders through your approval gate, and learns from how each job was resolved.

Compliance Guardian Agent

Safety & Compliance

Tracks permits, LOTO, certifications, audits and expiries, and validates each work order against them. An unknown expiry is shown as unknown, never as safe.

Full Plant Coverage

Every Operational Domain. One Platform. No Extra Systems.

Most plant software covers one job. MIRA's 36 agents work across all of them, so you stop stitching together point tools and run the plant from one set of trustworthy numbers.

  • Maintenance & Reliability

Work orders, PM planner and adherence, technician dispatch, the maintenance window planner, FMEA, Weibull, RCA and the shutdown optimiser. Also vibration fault rules, spectra and repair verification that confirms a fix actually worked.

  • Assets & Facility

One register of every asset, with a daily 0–100 health score, the reasons behind it, and an Asset 360 timeline. Also criticality, a risk radar, a facility map and an equipment-move approval chain.

  • Production & Quality

Machine state, PLC counters, shift targets, operator stop reasons and six big losses, plus a live shop-floor board with kiosk mode for a TV on the line. Also SPC, FPY drift and defect clusters.

  • Losses & Cost

One Loss Ledger across 18 loss types, and money lost per shift, line and plant at your declared rates, with the basis of each figure shown. An Action Plan picks the best fixes within your budget and crew.

  • Safety & Compliance

Permits, LOTO, incidents, audits, inspections and certification expiries, tracked continuously. If a record is missing, MIRA says so instead of assuming you are compliant.

  • Workforce & Dispatch

Skill-matched dispatch, rostered vs. checked-in staff, tomorrow's staffing readiness, shift briefings and handovers, and contractor bills checked against attendance.

  • Energy, Utilities & Sustainability

Warnings before maximum demand crosses contract demand, power factor and APFC health, time-of-day tariff pricing, energy per piece, idle energy, compressed-air efficiency, water and DG-fuel variance, and carbon.

  • Suppliers & Procurement

VED×FSN spares that separate insurance spares from dead stock, duplicate part codes, a consumables forecast with reorder points, supplier PPM, debit notes not yet raised, and AMC penalty tracking.

  • Executive Insight & Reporting

"Today at a glance", business impact, a site portfolio, scheduled energy and production reports, and a monthly board pack in Word, Excel and PDF. Savings count only after your own engineer approves them.

Competitive Comparison

The difference isn't features. It's who does the work.

Every CMMS gives your team tools. MIRA gives your team a colleague who uses them. It measures, finds and prescribes around the clock, and it never shows a number it did not read or calculate.

How She Thinks

MIRA Acts. But Only Where You Have Said It May.

Every action type has its own confidence threshold, and your team sets each one: raising a predictive work order, quarantining equipment, auto-assigning a technician. Below the threshold, or when confidence is unknown, the action waits in an approval queue for a named person, and unanswered approvals expire under a policy you set. A question never triggers an action. Every step MIRA takes, and the policy it rested on, is recorded on the Decision Trail.

  • Observe

Reads your PLCs, meters, historians, work orders and business systems. A feed that goes silent is shown as unknown, never as zero.

  • Analyse

Deterministic KPIs, fault rules and forecasts, interpreted by 36 specialist agents and ranked by urgency, with the evidence attached.

  • Act, or Escalate

Acts above the threshold you set for that action type. Otherwise it asks a named approver. Every action is logged, explainable and auditable.

Integrations

Works With What You Already Run

No rip-and-replace and no new hardware. MIRA installs inside your plant network and reads the machines, historians and business systems already running your plant. It only dials out to devices and opens no listening port on your plant network. You can also run it standalone, because MIRA has its own operational database and 56 import templates, so nothing needs to be connected on day one. Your current systems stay exactly as they are.

  • SAP, FacilityFlow & ERPNext

Reads work orders, equipment, PM, materials, stock, purchase orders and invoices from SAP (16 record types) and FacilityFlow/Frappe/ERPNext (35 record types). Writes back are off by default, need your allow-list and sign-off, and MIRA never deletes anything in your system.

  • PLCs, SCADA & Historians

Native readers for OPC-UA (with a tag browser), Modbus TCP and RTU, Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley EtherNet/IP and MQTT with Sparkplug B, plus historians including the OSIsoft PI Web API. Tags are bound to equipment from a screen.

  • Sensors, Spreadsheets, APIs & AI Assistants

Vibration, temperature, energy and utility readings from sensors you already own, CSV/Excel imports, a telemetry push API, a REST API with OpenAPI, signed webhooks, and an MCP server so ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot can query MIRA with the user's own permissions.
