From a passionate small team to a trusted Microsoft Partner, our journey has always been about driving real client success through smart, tailored technology solutions.

Techseria Team

How we work — five principles that shape life at Techseria.

We are a small, distributed team of engineers and consultants. These are the five things that describe how we actually work — not aspirations for a culture deck, but the day-to-day reality of being part of the team.

You work on real problems with real clients.

Every project at Techseria starts with a genuine business problem scoped in a 2-week Discovery Workshop. When you join an implementation, you know exactly what you are building and why it matters to the client. We do not build features for vanity metrics, maintain systems that should be retired, or work on projects that exist to fill a contract.

  • Client-facing work from day one — you understand the outcome you are working towards.
  • Projects scoped and blueprinted before implementation, so your time is spent building, not untangling vague requirements.
  • A current technical stack — LangChain.js, LangGraph.js, Qdrant, Azure, ERPNext — not tools kept alive by inertia.

We communicate directly — inside the team and with clients.

As a distributed team, communication quality matters more than at co-located companies. We share blockers quickly, update clients on progress and risks openly, and do not wait for problems to compound. You will always know what is happening on your project and where you stand.

  • Async-first communication with clear documentation so remote team members have full context.
  • Direct access to clients — no layers of account management filtering information.
  • Blockers raised and addressed promptly — not stored for weekly status calls.

We invest in your technical development.

Our work requires staying current with a fast-moving stack. LangGraph.js and Qdrant are not courses available on a training platform — you learn them by building on real projects. We provide the time, budget, and space to develop genuine expertise in the areas that appear in client work.

  • Paid certification support for Azure and relevant Microsoft credentials.
  • Dedicated time for learning emerging tools that appear in active client work.
  • Internal knowledge-sharing — approaches and solutions documented and shared across the team.

We work flexibly and sustainably.

Our team is distributed across time zones. There are no mandatory hours in a single office, no expectation of constant availability, and no glorification of long hours. Projects are estimated honestly, timeline risks are flagged early, and crises are not treated as normal operating conditions.

  • Remote and hybrid working as the default, not an exception requiring approval
  • Flexible working hours within reasonable overlap windows for real-time collaboration
  • Project timelines set and managed honestly — not padded or quietly revised after the fact

You get clear expectations and transparent feedback.

We set clear objectives at the start of every engagement and every performance conversation. You will always know what good performance looks like in your role, what the criteria for progression are, and what the path forward looks like if you want to grow within the team.

  • Regular one-to-ones with direct, actionable feedback — not annual reviews summarising a year already lived
  • Promotion criteria that are explicit, applied consistently, and reviewed openly
  • Honest conversations about fit and trajectory early — not after problems have accumulated
Remote Work
"What attracted me to Techseria was the chance to work with a current technical stack on problems that matter to real businesses. Five years in, the work is still genuinely interesting — which is not something I expected to be able to say." — Sarah, Data Scientist
"I was concerned about getting meaningful experience early in my career. At Techseria I was contributing to real client projects within the first month, with direct mentorship from people doing the same work. The growth in two years here has been more than I got in four years elsewhere." — Miguel, Junior Developer
"After 15 years in the industry I have worked at companies that genuinely value work-life balance and those that do not. Techseria is the former. The flexibility is real, the expectations are clear, and the work is substantive." — Priya, Project Manager

Frequently Asked Questions

What skills and backgrounds are you looking for?
  • We hire people who can think clearly, communicate well, and learn quickly. Our current technical stack includes JavaScript (Node.js), LangChain.js, LangGraph.js, Qdrant, Azure, ERPNext, and the Frappe framework. Relevant experience with any of these is valuable. CS graduates, self-taught developers, and career changers all work at Techseria — what matters is the quality of your thinking and your ability to get things done.
Do you offer internships or entry-level positions?
  • We hire junior developers and interns when the team and workload support it. Entry-level roles involve real project work with dedicated mentorship — we do not bring people on to do work that does not matter. If we have a junior opening, it will be listed on our careers page.
How do you support remote team members?
  • Our team is distributed across the USA, UK, and Asia, and remote working is the default — not an accommodation. We use async-first communication, clear documentation, and a structured onboarding process to ensure remote team members have full context from day one. Advancement opportunities are the same regardless of location.
What's the career progression like at Techseria?
  • We have explicit progression criteria for technical and project management tracks. Senior roles are filled internally first. If you are progressing well, you will know about it through regular feedback — and if there is a concern about your trajectory, you will hear about it early so there is time to address it. Career growth at Techseria is planned and discussed openly, not accidental.
