What should I prepare for the discovery call?

Nothing formal is required. It helps to have a rough sense of: how many assets/equipment you manage, your current maintenance process (reactive vs planned), and your biggest operational pain points. The call is conversational.

What if we're not selected for this quarter?

If this quarter's spots are full or your facility isn't the right fit right now, we'll let you know and add you to our waitlist for the next quarter. You'll be first in line.

Is there anything I need to set up before onboarding?

No infrastructure setup is required. Techseria handles all hosting, Azure configuration, and MIRA deployment. You'll just need to attend onboarding sessions and share basic asset data with our team.
